摘　　要：通过实证调查呈现了高校辅导员亲和力的现状,分析了高校辅导员亲和力缺失的原因,提出增强高校辅导员亲和力要转变教育理念,完善素质能力,改进教育方法,丰富工作内容和营造良好外部环境等措施。This article shows the status of the affinity of college counselors by empirical investigation. And then the article analyzes the reasons for missing the affinity of college counselors. This has made the advice for enhancing the affinity of college counselors by changing educational philosophy, improving the quality and capacity, improving teaching methods, enriching work and creating a good external environment measures etc.
