摘 要:选用2株氰化物高效菌种NGTD-3、XGCS-1构建复合菌种FHJ-1,在间歇反应器中考察了摇床转速、温度、pH值、接种量等因素对FHJ-1降解焦化废水中的氰化物的影响。试验结果表明,在加菌量5mL、摇床转速130r/min、温度30℃、pH值为9的最佳条件下,FHJ-1对氰化物的降解率可达82.5%,与NGTD-3和XGCS-1单菌株作用效果相比,氰化物的平均降解速率分别提高了17.7%和24%。A composite strain FHJ-1 was synthesized by 2 efficient cyanide-degrading strains NGTD-3 and XGCS-1. The influences of rotation speed, temperature, pH value, FHJ-1 loading and some other factors on cyanide degradation from coking wastewater were investigated using batch reactor. The results showed that, under the optimal condition that, the strain dosage was 5 mL, the rotation speed was 130 r/min, the temperature was 30 ℃, the pH value was 9, the degradation rate of cyanide by FHJ-1 reached 82.5%, which were 17.7% and 24% higher than that by NGTD-3 and XGCS-1 respectively.
