絮凝剂在制药发酵液预处理过程中的应用研究

摘　　要：根据制药发酵液的特点,进行絮凝过滤试验,研究了有机高分子絮凝剂对制药发酵液预处理的影响。试验结果表明,添加适量适用有机高分子絮凝剂能够改变发酵液的流变特性,改善固液分离效果,提高滤速,改善滤液质量。Based on the characteristics of pharmaceutical ferment liquid, the filtering test of flocculant, in which the influence of organic polymer flocculant to the pretreatment of pharmaceutical ferment liquid was studied, was carried out. The result of test has shown that when the proper volume of organic polymer flocculant was added, the viscous property of ferment liquid would be changed, the separation of solid and liquid be improved, the filtering speed be enhanced and the quality of filtering liquid also be improved.
