摘 要:目的通过观察大鼠脑出血模型血肿周围脑组织含水量、神经细胞凋亡及大鼠神经行为的动态变化,为临床有效治疗脑出血提供实验依据。方法制作胶原酶大鼠脑出血模型,检测大鼠脑出血后不同时间点血肿周围脑组织含水量、神经细胞调亡及神经功能缺损程度的动态变化。结果脑组织含水量在建模后2 h尚未出现,9 h开始出现,1~3 d达到高峰,3 d后逐渐消退,7 d趋于正常;TUNEL阳性细胞在建模后2 h只有少量,9h已明显增加,并持续增多,3 d达到高峰,7 d数量下降;建模后2 h出现神经功能缺损症状,9~24 h最明显,3 d后开始减轻,7 d明显减轻。结论出血后9 h是临床治疗的重要时间窗。Objective To study the process of brain edema and perihematoma cell apoptosis and behavioral test after experimental intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in rats and obtain evidence for clinic. Methods The model was established in rats by injecting the collagenase. The brain edema and perihematoma cell apoptosis and behavioral test were detected by wet/dry weight, tunel and longa test method. Results The cerebellar water content increased within 9 hours and peaked within 1 -3 days following ICH. It reduced 3 days later and returned to normal 7 days following ICH. The tunel positive cells increased from 2 hours and peaked within 9 hours to 3 days following ICH. It reduced 3 days later. The neurological deficit appeared after 2 hours and peaked within 9 to 24 hours following ICH. It reduced 3 days later, and obviously reduced within 7 days. Conclusions 9 hours following ICH is an important time window for treatment of ICH.
