摘　　要：当前我国大学毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,为了真正解除大学毕业生的后顾之忧,必须填补现行失业保险制度中的空白,建立大学毕业生失业保险制度,设立专项的失业保险基金,积极立法,加强管理,为失业大学毕业生提供切实的物质支持,让他们在实现就业之前可以维持自己的生活,从而保证这一群体在社会中的稳定性。The graduate employment situation is getting serious in China. In order to solve that problem it is necessary to fill in the blanks of the current unemployment system and establish an overall insurance system concerning graduate unemployment. That includes earmarked fund for unemployment insurance, active legislation and reinforced management. When the system provides the unemployed graduates with effective material aid, it will enable the group to support themselves before they get employed and stabilize the society.
