摘 要:目的探讨轮转神经科重症监护室(neurological intensive care unit,NICU)对神经科护士临床核心工作能力的影响。方法采用自行设计的护士核心工作能力调查表对本院神经科17名轮转过NICU的护士和18名未轮转过NICU的护士工作能力分别进行自评、他评及护士长测评,并进行比较。结果轮转过NICU的高级责任护士在科研能力方面较未轮转过NICU的高级责任护士得分高,P<0.05;轮转过NICU的初级责任护士除人际沟通能力维度外,其他方面均比未轮转过NICU的初级责任护士得分高,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论轮转过NICU护士临床核心工作能力较未轮转过NICU的护士得分高;护理管理者可在护士职业生涯的规划过程中增加NICU轮转计划,以便提高护士各项临床核心工作能力。Objective To explore the effect of training in NICU on clinical core practical ability. Methods The practical nursing ability of 29 nurses (14 ones receiving training in NICU and another 15 nurses no training in NICU) in our department were investigated by using the Nursing Ability Scale made by ourselves. The evaluations were made by themselves, other colleagues and the head-nurse and the results were compared. Result The practical nursing ability of the nurses having receiving training in NICU were scored high in their ability in writing reviews and papers and the total ability in doing research (P 〈 0.05), except in the ability in interpersonal communication. Conclusions Training in NICU can improve nurses' practical clinical ability. The head nurse can have nurses trained in NICU to improve their ability of practical ability.
