摘　　要：腹腔镜肾部分切除术作为泌尿外科的一种微创技术,在不断发展。随着影像学的发展和体检的普及,早期肾癌或偶发癌逐渐增多,腹腔镜肾部分切除术在泌尿外科的应用迅速增多。该文对近年来早期肾癌腹腔镜肾部分切除术的进展作一综述,包括术中热缺血、切缘评估,保护肾功能、集合系统的封闭等手术技术难点。Partial nephrectomy by Laparoscopic as a urological minimally invasive technique is developing continuouly. Along with the development of Medical Imaging and popularization of physical examination, the spread of cancer, early stage renal cell carcinoma, or Incidental carcinoma gradually increased, partial nephrectomy by Laparoscopic has rapidly increased in urology. This paper overviewed the progress of partial nephreetomy by laparoscopic to？the early renal cell carcinoma in recent years, including surgical technical difficulties such as the intraoperative warm ischemia, surgical margin assessment, protection of renal function, and the closed of Collection System.
