摘　　要：导出了有限长平轴承非稳态油膜承载力及其各种导数的计算公式，研究了导数的性质，发现承载力与阻尼导数之间的一个重要关系式，并对多种无量纲参数的组合情况进行了实例计算，根据这些计算结果分析了油膜承载力及各种导数随这些参数的变化特性．The formulas for calculating the load capacity and its derivatives of unsteady film of a plain journal bearing with finite length are derived and the properties of the derivatives are studied. An important relation between the load capacity and its damping derivatives is found. Sample calculations for various combinations of values of dimensionless parameters are conducted and the characters of the load capacity and its derivatives with the variations of the values of the parameters are analysed.
