摘　　要：目的:总结评价股前外侧组织瓣在颌面部组织缺损修复重建中的应用。方法:对9例股前外侧组织瓣移植进行颌面部组织缺损修复的临床病例分析总结。针对不同组织缺损的具体情况,使用不同组织瓣类型对缺损进行修复,并对术后效果和供区恢复情况进行评价。结果:移植皮瓣全部成活,术后近期及远期随访效果满意,供区无功能受限。结论:股前外侧组织瓣组织量丰富,可塑性良好,是修复颌面部软组织缺损的理想游离皮瓣选择。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of anterolateral thigh flap in the repair of maxillofacial soft tissue defects. Methods A retrospective study on 9 cases （3 males and 6 females; age range： 16-58 years, average age： 34.4 years） with oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects restored with free anterolateral thigh flap. Different flap designs were employed depended on the defects types. The reconstruction effects of the defect region and the healing and function of the donor sites were evaluated after 3-36months＇follow-up. Results All the 9 flaps survived and healed well, all defects were reconstructed both in function and aesthetics. No functional impairment at the donor sites occurred. Conclusion Saleable abundance volume and easily molding property of the anterolateral thigh flap make it an ideal selection in the repair of soft tissue defects in oral and maxillofacial region.
