摘  要:目的:探讨Bio-Oss骨粉在修复拔牙创中的临床效果。方法:对20例(20颗)拔牙创骨缺损进行随机分组,分别采用自体骨和Bio-Oss骨粉充填修复,进行9个月临床随访追踪观察,从修复后的骨质质量,X线影像以及CT测量3方面,评估Bio-Oss骨粉在修复拔牙创骨缺损的临床应用效果。结果:拔牙创骨缺损区Bio-Oss骨粉修复后第6个月时趋于稳定,骨缺损区新骨生成数量越来越多,骨密度越来越高,在第9个月时骨缺损处骨密度接近周围正常骨。结论:Bio-Oss能有效促进骨组织再生,用于拔牙创的修复效果较好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Bio-Oss in treating jaw defects after tooth extraction and rebuilding of alveolar bone. Methods Twenty patients with jaw defects from tooth extraction were chosen in this clinical trial. In the experiment group Bio-Oss was placed in the areas with bone defect and in the control group the. Then the patients were followed up at the three months, six months and nine months after operation. The response of Bio-Oss was evaluated with clinical,X-ray examination and CT measurement. Results All bone healing was achieved. Radiographic and CT. findings suggested new bone formation at six months after operation. After nine months the new bone was mineralized, closed to around jaw bone. Conclusion The Bio-Oss has stronger biological compatibility and can effectively guide regeneration of new bone.
