功效性化妆品对敏感性皮肤的防护作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨功效性化妆品对敏感性皮肤的防护作用。方法:114例面部过敏性皮肤病患者,随机分成3组:A组:单纯外用功效性化妆品,31例;B组:单纯外用非激素类药物,37例;C组:外用非激素类药物联合功效性化妆品,46例。随访1个月,观察患者红斑等客观指标,记录患者瘙痒、灼热感等自觉症状,观察疗效,应用SPSS软件进行统计。结果:治疗前各组症状总积分无明显差异,治疗后各组症状总积分值均明显下降,各组治疗7天和14天后与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。B组与C组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05),外用非激素类药物联合功效性化妆品治疗面部过敏性皮肤病显著优于单纯外用非激素类药物组。各组复发率比较,均不具有明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:功效性化妆品辅助治疗面部过敏性皮肤病疗效确切,对干燥、紧绷感及灼热感等症状缓解优于非激素类药物。功效性化妆品对敏感性皮肤具有良好的辅助治疗和护理作用。Objective To investigate the protection of treatment cosmetics on sensitive skin. Methods 114 outpatients with facial skin allergic diseases. They were randomly divided into three groups. Group A with 31 cases only receive a treatment cosmetics. Group B with 37 cases simply receive non-steroid drugs for treatment; Group C with 46 cases receive a treatment cosmetics combined with non-steroid drugs. And follow up for 1 month to evaluate the treatment efficacy and observe the objective indicator, such as erythema, and subjective symptoms, such as itching, burning sensation. The data was analyzed by SPSS statistical software. Results The total score of symptoms in each group has no significant difference before treatment and there is a significant drop in score after treatment. And there is significant difference of each group after a treatment of 7 days and of 14 days between the condition before treatment （P〈0.05）. Group B and Group C have significant difference in curative effect （P〈0.05）, and the group of topical nonsteroid drugs and treatment cosmetics is superior than that of simple topical non-steroid drugs in the treatment of facial allergic skin diseases. Compared with relapse rate, there is no significant difference among each group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The treatment cosmetics assisted therapy has affirmable effect for facial allergic skin diseases and is superior than non-steroid drugs on soothing the dry, tight feeling and burning sensation and other symptoms. Good results can be obtained for the sensitive skin by using treatment cosmetics.
