两种根管冲洗方法对前牙侧支根管充填的影响

摘　　要：目的:对比根管超声冲洗和注射器冲洗对前牙侧支根管充填的影响。方法:在前牙根管治疗的患者中,选择有侧支根管的前牙160颗,随机平分为两组。A组根管预备时用超声冲洗;B组根管预备时用注射器冲洗。达到充填条件后用注射型Vitapex充填根管,观察侧支根管充填情况。结果:A组侧支根管充填率为77.5%,B组侧支根管充填率为25%,两组有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:超声冲洗可以较好地清洁根管,提高侧支根管充填率,提高了根管治疗的疗效。Objective To compare the efficacy of lateral canals obturated in anterior teeth by ultrasonic irrigation and syringe irrigation. Methods 160 anterior teeth with lateral canals were randomly divided into two groups（ultrasonic irrigation group,group A and syringe irrigation group,group B）.Ultrasonic irrigation and syringe irrigation were applied respectively in each group during the root canal preparation. The therapic effect was observed after obturating lateral canals by Vitapex. Results The rate of lateral canals obturated in group A （77.5%） was better than that in group B （25%）,which was significantly different （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Ultrasonic irrigation can clean root canal effectively and improve the rate of lateral canals obturated and the efficacy in root canal therapy.
