摘　　要：目的:探讨湟鱼角膜板层移植联合术后10g/L环孢霉素A滴眼治疗单疱病毒性角膜溃疡的效果及对视力的影响。方法:采用湟鱼角膜板层移植治疗单疱角膜溃疡46例57眼。术中切除病变的角膜组织,根据植床的形态制作相应的板层移植片。术后应用10g/L环孢霉素A眼液滴眼3～6mo。结果:术后随访10～13a未见复发病例。术后1a与术前视力比较,大部分病例视力提高。结论:异种异体板层角膜移植术治疗单疱角膜溃疡术后应用10g/L环孢霉素A滴眼液远期效果肯定。溃疡面充分愈合,移植片透明,不影响视力。AIM. To discuss the effect and impact on vision of Huangshui fish lamellar corneal transplantation along with 10g/L cyclosporine drop for the treatment of herpes simplex corneal ulcer. METHODS： Huangshui fish lamellar corneal transplantation was performed in 46 cases （57 eyes） with herpes simplex corneal ulcer. During the operation, pathological cornea was resected, and corresponding lamellar graft was made according to the form of bed. After the operation, 10g/L cyclosporine was applied for 3-6 months. RESULTS. After 10-13 years follow-up, no cases relapsed. 1 year after operation, the visions of most cases were improved, compared with the preoperative visual acuity. CONCLUStON. There are positive effects of xenogeneic lamellar keratoplasty followed by 10g/L cyclosporine for the treatment of herpes simplex corneal ulcer. In the longterm, the ulcer surface is fully healed. Graft is transparent, which does not affect vision.
