近视患者LASIK手术动机及术后满意度调查

摘　　要：目的:了解行LASIK手术的近视患者的手术动机及术后满意度。方法:手术动机及术后满意度均采取问卷形式,对来我专科就诊的连续256例患者分别在术前及术后3mo进行调查,问卷参考多篇国内外文献并结合本地区情况自行编写。结果:希望摆脱戴眼镜的困扰者93.7%;为升学、找工作、参军者达72.0%;为闲暇时活动方便者43.0%;为更美观、完善个人形象者35.2%;职业需要者30.1%;为看清行人、交通路标者26.2%;为增加自信者24.2%。术后满意度调查高度满意者20.3%,中度满意者57.8%,低满意度者21.9%;视觉质量调查中,有视物疲劳感的占到首位,约39.1%,视近模糊者占23.4%;眼睛干涩不适者达到32.8%;视物有光晕及复视者分别占29.7%和26.6%;另外,有29.7%的患者有夜间阅读困难,26.6%的患者有夜视力下降现象,有夜间眩光者占25%;几乎100%的患者在术后感到非常快乐和工作起来更加轻松。结论:LASIK手术患者总体术后满意度较高,术后视觉质量问题仍然是影响人们日常生活质量的主要原因。AIM. To investigate the motivation and postoperative degree of satisfaction in myopic patient after LASIK. METHODS- Two hundred and fifty-six patients 3 months before and after LASIK at our center participated in questionnaire survey of motivation and postoperative degree of satisfaction of LASIK. The questionnaires were designed according to many references and local condition. RESULTS. Of the 256 patients, most patients hoped to get free from spectacles/contact lenses （93.7%）. 72.0% of patients seek treatment for entering a higher school, having a good job and joining the army, and parts of patients for convenience of leisure activity. They were the most common reasons for seeking treatment. In addition, improving facial appearance （35.2%）, being required by occupation（30.1%）, seeing clearly pedestrian and road sign （26. 2%）, enhancing self-confident （24. 2%） were also in the list. 128 patients achieved satisfaction （high satisfaction 20.3%, middle satisfaction 57.8%,low satisfaction 21.9%）. In the visual quality investigation, visual fatigue accounted for 39.1%, vague in near vision 23.4% ,dryness 32.8%, halos and double vision 29.7% and 26.6%. 29.7% patients had reading difficulty at night, 26.6% night blurring and 25% glaring at night. Almost 100% patients felt very happy and easier in work and study. CONCLUSION： LASIK can obtain high patient satisfaction. The problem of visual quality seems to be the main reason that affects patients＇ quality of life.
