摘　　要：立足于对刑事政策价值构成的三要素——主体、客体和价值目标的分析,审视并揭示刑事政策价值的本质,并以此为导向,构建刑事政策道德化体系,指引刑事政策的进路和可持续发展。进而探求刑事政策的价值,即刑事政策的客体对于刑事政策主体的意义和效用能够真正落实到实处,为向刑事政策的理想目标的靠近做出贡献。Based on the composition of the criminal policy analysis of the three elements, as the subject, the object and the value target. We try to examine and reveal the nature of the value of criminal policy. And construction of this criminal policy-oriented system of morality, to guide the road and development of Criminal policy. Furtherly, we explore the value of crimi- nal policy, making the object of the criminal policy of the meaning and utility for subjects achieved. To make a contribution to the ideal of the criminal policy.
