摘  要:探讨了3种食用色素和9种化学染料对月季切花的染色效应。结果表明:3种食用色素均能对月季进行染色,月季对鸡蛋黄、果绿适应性较好,其次为日落黄。9种化学染料(溴酚蓝、铬天青S、百里香酚蓝、HAEMATOXYLINBS、溴甲酚绿、曙红B、甲基蓝、苯酚红和红墨水)能使月季染色,除苯酚红、曙红B和红墨水外,其它染色效果都不好,达不到商业应用价值。不同染色剂的染色浓度和时间分别为鸡蛋黄(9g/L、3h)、果绿(12g/L、4h)、日落黄(12g/L、3.5h)、苯酚红(6g/L、10h)、曙红B(3g/L、4.5h)和红墨水(250ml/L、5.5h)。切花开放程度大时,染色速度快,花枝去叶与否对染色效果影响不明显。染色后的月季瓶插寿命显著缩短,但能达到切花所要求的4~6d的观赏期。In this paper, effects of edible pigments and chemical dyes on dyeing of cut Rose Flowers were tested. The results showed that Egg Yolk color and Apple green were more suitable for cut Rose Flowers than Sunset yellow. Among twenty chemical dyes, only nine kinds were able to dye to cut Rose Flowers, they were Bromophenol blue, Chromazurol S, Thymol blue, HAEMA TOXYLIN BS, Bromocresol green, Eosin B, Methyl blue, Phenol red and red ink, except Phenol red, Eosin B and red ink, effects of chemical dyes were not good, there were not of commercial value. Suitable density and time of different edible pigments and chemical dyes were Egg Yolk color ( 9g/L, 3h ) , Apple Green ( 12g/L, 4h ) , Sunset Yellow ( 12g/L, 3.5h ) , Phenol red ( 6g/L, 10h ) , Eosin B ( 3g/L, 4.5h ) and red ink ( 250ml/L,5.5h ) . The dyeing speed was fast when cut Rose Flowers opened in a great degree. Flower stems with more or less leaves were not significantly different. The Vase life became shorter after dyeing but still had a period of 4-6 days for ornament.
