摘　　要：本文提出了适合汽车行业普遍使用的质量改进流程与方法。其中特别强调了Red-X方法在解决复杂问题时的作用。本文结合实例分析了以上质量改进流程以及Red-X方法在汽车内饰行业中的实际运用与效果。最后本文结合了汽车内饰零件的特点,分析了此方法在内饰零件质量改进中的推广应用。A common quality improvement process and method for automotive industry is depicted in this thesis. Especially Red-X strategy is applied to solve complicated issues according to above process. Analyzing with real production example, the application and affect of this quality improvement process and Red-X strategy for automotive interior components are focused in this thesis. At last above method is suggested to be popularized in Auto interior quality management.
