摘　　要：面向用户的调度算法是根据用户给定的Deadline和Budget,通过计算任务的平均成本,将资源分为两类,第一类资源使用改进的并行遗传算法(IMGA)处理,而第二类资源使用逆向分层调度算法(DBL)处理.User-oriented scheduling algorithm is given based on user Deadline and Budget, by calculating the average cost of tasks, resources fall into two categories, the first category of resource use to improve the parallel genetic algorithm （IMGA）, while the second category of resources hierarchical scheduling algorithm for the use of reverse （DBL） to deal with.
