莆田市体育教师工作满意度现状的调查

摘　　要：为了了解莆田市体育教师的工作满意度现状,从而为更好地调动体育教师的工作积极性提供参考。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对莆田市8所大中专院校100名体育教师的工作满意度进行调查研究。研究结果表明:莆田市大中专院校体育教师的工作满意度整体水平一般;对莆田市大中专院校体育教师工作满意度水平产生影响的变量有教龄和学校类别;不同性别、职称、学历的体育教师工作满意度水平差异不显著。The P. E. teachers＇ job satisfaction question is being paid close attention by the society day by day. By the means of literature material,investigation and statistics methods ect. , the article carries on research on 100 P. E. teachers＇ job satisfaction of 8 universities, colleges, and special secondary schools in Putian. The main result of study is as follows ： 1. The overall job satisfaction is in the middle level;2. The demography variable of exerting an influence on job satisfaction level of universities,colleges and special secondary schools of Putian is the length of teaching and school classification. The job satisfaction differences amused from sports teachers＇ genders ,professional titles and education diplomas are not prominent.
