西部地区高校体育院系师资队伍结构现状

摘　　要：为促进西部地区高校体育院系师资队伍的建设,培养出更多的高质量体育人才,以文献资料法、Internet调查法、比较法、数理统计法对其年龄结构、职称结构、学历结构以及科研状况进行分析与比较研究。结果表明:西部高校体育院系专任教师数量适宜、师生比例较合理,较高层次科研成果人均量太少;年龄结构呈现年轻化,50岁以上教师科研量比例过小;职称结构比例趋于优化,但教授人数太少,而且副教授年龄偏高,教授年龄过高,科研成果明显不如东部地区;高学历人才严重缺乏,导致与东部科研成果的巨大差距,这一差距正逐步拉大。In order to improve the college P. E. teaching faculty and cultivate more sports intellectuals in western region, this paper analyzed the staff＇s age structure,title structure,educational diploma structure and their research contribution by the means of literature review,Internet surveys, comparison and mathematical statistics. The results showed that： the number of teaching staff and the rate of teacher-student are relatively reasonable ;the amount of high level scientific research is small ; the young teachers take high percentage and the number of teachers with Doctoral degree is severely scarce. However,the professional rifle structure of the teaching staff is optimistic.
