摘　　要：目的:探讨颌骨动脉瘤样骨囊肿(ABC)的影像学特点。方法:回顾性分析11例经病理确诊的ABC的影像学表现,11例行X摄片,8例行CT检查。结果:10例ABC发生在下颌骨,其中下颌骨体部5例,角部及升支部5例。1例位于上颌骨。ABC平片在不同时期有不同的表现,CT平扫可见蜂房样低密度影或特征性的液平面。结论:临床上ABC的误诊率较高,单纯X光平片对本病的确诊存在很大不足,CT对ABC具有较高的诊断价值。Objective ：To analyze the imaging features of the aneurysmal bone cysts （ABC） of the jaw. Methods ： The imaging findings were retrospectively analyzed in 11 cases with ABC confirmed by pathology, and the data included X-ray findings （ n = 11 ） and CT examination （ n = 8 ）. Results ： Of the 10 mandibular cases, the lesion was located at the body in 5 and another 5 were found at the angle and ascending branch. One case of the lesion was limited at the maxilla. Generally, ABCs were characterized by distinct presentation in different stages concerning radiography. Plain CT scan exhibited the lesion with low-densified honeycomb-like shadow or fluid-filled plane. Conclusion： Clinically, ABCs are frequently misdiagnosed. Single plain radiography may be incompetent to the confirmation of the disease,but CT is of great value for it.
