纳米复合树脂用于前牙外伤美容修复的临床评价

摘　　要：目的评价Z350用于前牙外伤修复的临床美学效果。方法门诊选择58例共69颗因外伤致前牙冠折或切角缺损,用Z350纳米树脂进行充填,分别于1年及2年后对充填体进行临床评价。结果Z350用于前牙外伤充填修复1年成功率为98.4%,2年成功率为94.2%。结论Z350纳米树脂性能优良,可操作性好,修复效果自然逼真,是一种理想的前牙美容修复材料。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Z350 for esthetic restoration of injured anterior teeth. Methods 69 injured anterior teeth were filled with FiltekTM Z350. The restoration were evaluated after 1year and 2 years.Results The satisfactory of restoration with Z350 were 98.4% in 1year and 94.2% in 2years. Conclusion FiltekTMZ350 has excellent characteristics and good serviceability and most natural restorations. It is a good restoration for injured anterior teeth.
