摘  要:目的探讨诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和CD34在翼状胬肉中的表达及其发病过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组化Elivision法检测20例翼状胬肉、10例正常结膜中iNOS和CD34的表达,并检测MVD。结果20例翼状胬肉中iNOS的阳性表达率为80%(16/20),正常结膜中iNOS的阳性表达率为10%(1/10)。CD34在翼状胬肉和正常结膜的阳性表达率分别为85%(17/20)和30%(3/10)。iNOS、CD34阳性表达两组间差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.005)。翼状胬肉和正常结膜中微血管密度(MVD)分别为45.85±11.06和23.64±6.87,两组间差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论iNOS、CD34在翼状胬肉中的高表达,提示iNOS、CD34可促进血管形成,可能与翼状胬肉的发生、发展有关。因此,选择性抑制iNOS和CD34可望成为治疗翼状胬肉,减少术后复发的新思路。Objective To investigate the expressions of inducible nitric oxide synthase and CD34 and their role in the occurrence and development of pterygium. Methods The immunohistochemical Elivision method was used to examine the expressions of iNOS and CD34 in 20 cases of pterygium and 10 cases normal conjunctiva,MVD was measured as well.Results The positive rate of iNOS was 80.0% and 10% and CD34 was 85% and 30%,respectively in the pterygium and the normal conjunctive. There was significant difference in the expressions of iNOS,CD34 and microvascular density between the pterygium and normal conjunctive,P〈0.005 and P〈0.001. Conclusion There is a high iNOS and CD34 expressions in pterygium which suggesting that there is new agniogensis,that the iNOS and CD34 plays an important role in the incidence and development of pterygium and that specific iNOS and CD34 inhibitor may become a new target for the therapy of pterygium and reduce the postoperation recrudescence.
