摘 要:采用毛细管区带电泳技术研究了克伦特罗(CLB)、沙丁胺醇(SAL)、特布他林(TER)、莱克多巴胺(RAC)4种β-激动剂类物质在pH为8~12时的电迁移行为,其中CLB呈现一元质子碱特性,而SAL、TER、RAC呈现两性特性。对不同分析物有效淌度(μeff)与缓冲溶液pH非线性关系的推导,结合非线性拟合处理,求得CLB、SAL、TER、RAC4种β-激动剂的表观离解常数。In this study, the electrophoretic behaviour of 4 β-agonists. clenbuterol (CLB), salbutamol (SAL), terbutaline (TER) and ractopamine (RAC) was investigated by capillary zone electrophoresis at different pH range (8-12). It was found that CLB possessed the character of monoprotic protonated base, while SALTER and RAC had the character of amphoteric compound. The dissociation constants of CLB,SAL, TER, RAC were determined by nonlinear curve fitting through the derivation of non-linear relationship between the effective electrophoretic mobility (μeff) of different analytes and the pH of buffer solution.
