摘 要:以圆柱滚子轴承支承的弹性Jeffcott转子系统为研究对象,推导了一种新的计算滚子轴承径向刚度和阻尼的方法。通过编程计算,求解了轴承-转子系统的临界转速,详细研究了滚动轴承的滚子长度、转子质量、轴承间跨距等参数对系统临界转速的影响规律。同时比较了考虑轴承阻尼和不考虑轴承阻尼两种情况下系统临界转速的区别,得出了一系列规律性的曲线关系,并对这些曲线进行了分析。Cylindrical roller bearing-elastic Jeffcott rotor system was studied. Critical rotational speed of the system was obtained through new calculating method of roller bearing stiffness and damping. The influences of bearing parameters as roller length, rotor mass and distance between bearings on the critical speed of the system were studied numerically. The influences of damping on critical speed were studied as well. A series of regular curves of the relation between the geometric parameters of system and the critical speed of system were obtained, and rounded analysis was carried on about the curves.
