摘 要:在教师队伍开始从总体数量呈现供不应求向供过于求转变、教师绩效日益得到强调、教师流动始终呈现单向性的今天,从"合格"到"合适"必将成为教师聘用的新走向。然而,受各种因素影响,忽视人与组织之间的契合度已经成为当前教师聘用中普遍存在的问题,也成为学校管理者思考的一大难点。为此,在总结分析国内外有关个人与组织契合度研究的基础上,特提出个人与组织整合理论对我国教师聘用的启示,即通过教师聘用权的合理归属和正确行使,以及通过教师聘用流程和标准的不断优化,提高教师与组织之间契合度,从而保证教师工作绩效的最大发挥。Today the number of teachers has tumed to supply exceeding demand from demand exceeding supply, and the teachers" performance has been paid more attention. Thus, the change from eligible teacher to suitable teacher will be the new trend in teachers" employment. However, influenced by all kinds of factors, ignorance of eonsilienee between individuals and organization becomes the common problem in teachers" employment and it also becomes a difficulty of school managers. Thus, based on the sumup and analysis of the related research at home and abroad, this paper provides an mspmng idea to teachers" employment in our country, that is, with the reasonable right of teachers" employment, the optimization of the flow and standard of teachers" employment and the consilience between individuals and organization, teachers" performance can be ensured to exert most.
