摘　　要：为了解决应用韩语专业的语言基础学习和实习就业之间的矛盾,山东商业职业技术学院外国语学院积极开拓,勇于创新,大胆探索和应用2+1人才培养模式,为韩语专业等小语种专业的发展开辟了新空间。In order to deal with the contradiction of learning a new language and finding a decent job for Korean specialty graduates in higher vocational colleges,Foreign Language School of Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology is brave in explore and apply 2＋1 talent cultivation mode so that applied Korean specialty in the institute witnesses bright future.
