分子蒸馏法α-亚麻酸乙酯的中试制备

摘　　要：研究确定了乙酯化及分子蒸馏法提纯α-亚麻酸乙酯中试的工艺条件等,以期为其工业化生产提供可靠的依据.结果表明,适宜的分离条件为：蒸馏温度110℃,操作压力为真空度1.0~1.5 Pa,进料温度为60~70℃.经过分子蒸馏,可以将原料中的α-亚麻酸乙酯由原来的55.8%提纯至59.2%.To supply a reliable base for commercial process,the pilot test process conditions of the α-ethyl linolenate,which was purified by way of ethyl esterification and molecular distillation,had been discussed.The results showed that the optimum conditions as following： the distillation temperature was 110 ℃,the operating pressure was 1.0~1.5 Pa,and the feeding temperature was 60~70 ℃.By molecular distillation,the purity of the α-ethyl linolenate was increased from 55.8% to 59.2%.
