摘　　要：精品课程建设是教育部"高等学校教学质量和教学改革工程"的重要组成部分。在国家精品课程建设中,深刻认识建设国家精品课程的意义,深入了解国家精品课程的内涵,吃透教育部精品课程评估体系指标,建立一支具有现代化教学能力的师资队伍,加强硬件设施建设,建立良好的激励机制,可以切实推进教育创新,深化教学改革,提高教学质量和人才培养质量。National Quality Course construction is an important part of University Teaching Quality and Teaching Reforming Program of Ministry of Education. A profound understanding of the importance of the National Quality Course, its content and evaluation system during the construction, construction of a contingent of teachers with modern teaching ability, strengthening the hardware facilities, building good incentive mechanism can actually promote education creativity, deepen teaching reforming, raise teaching and personnel training quality.
