摘　　要：摘要介绍了原电力部科技司、安生司、国家电力调度通信中心和电力规划设计总院联合组织的专题调查组就我国电力系统安全稳定控制技术开发应用情况的调查综述报告。内容包括：我国电力系统的安全稳定情况；安全稳定控制技术的开发应用情况及需要重点解决的问题，如控制系统的规划配置、计算决策、硬件及软件结构、管理评价等；对当前具体工作的若干建议。The paper abstracts an investigation report on security and stability control sponsored by Ministry of Electric Power.The contents include,stability situation of Chinese power systems,the development and application of security and stabilitycontrol as well as some key issues,such as planning of the control systems,control strategies,hardware and software structuresand economic benefit evaluation.
