摘 要:目的分析闽产鹅不食草挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取鹅不食草挥发油,用GC-MS法鉴定化学成分。结果检出58个色谱峰,鉴定出35个化合物,占挥发油总量的88.6%。鹅不食草挥发油中含量最高的成分为反式乙酸菊烯酯,相对含量达53.53%;含量较高的成分有麝香草酚、3,7-二甲基丙酸-2,6-辛二烯-1-醇、4,6,6-三甲基-二环[3,1,1]-3-庚烯-2-醇、2-甲基-5-异丙基苯酚、1,3,5-三甲基-1-乙烯基-4-己烯丁酸酯和雪松烯。结论所用方法为闽产鹅不食草的合理开发利用提供了科学依据。Objective To analyse the chemical compositions of essential oil extracted from Centipeda minima of Fujian province.Methods The essential oil was obtained by steam distillation and its chemical compositions were identified by GC-MS.Results 58 chromatographic peaks were separated and 35 compounds were identified,which account for 88.6% of the total essential oil.The main component of essential oil from Centipeda minima was trans-chrysanthenyl acetate,and the relative content was 53.53%.The next were thymol,3,7- dimethylolpropionic acid-2, 6-octadien-l-ol, 4,6,6-trimethyl-bicyclo [3,1,1] hept-3-en-2-ol, 2-methyl-5-isopropyl-phenol, 1,3,5-trimethy1-1-ethenyl-4-hexenyl butyrate and cedrene. Conclusion The method provides a scientific basis for the reasonable exploitation and utilization of Centipeda minima of Fujian province.
