摘  要:目的分离鉴定梅花入骨丹挥发油的化学成分。方法用药典记载的提取方法提取梅花入骨丹的挥发油,经过气相色谱-质谱联用分析,应用峰面积归一化法测定各组分的相对含量。结果从梅花入骨丹中共分离出78个峰,通过与软件中的质谱标准谱图库比较鉴定出其中的24种化合物。结论本研究为梅花入骨丹的物质基础研究和进一步开发应用提供了实验依据。Objective To analyse the chemical compositions of volatile oil from Bauhinia Championi(Benth.)Benth. Methods The volatile oil from Bauhinia Championi(Benth.)Benth. was extracted by the method mentioned in Chinese pharmacopeia and its chemical compositions were identified by GC-MS, and the relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization method. Results 78 chromatographic peaks were separated, and 24 compounds were identified by comparing the experimental mass chromatogram and standard spectrum in the software. Conclusion The method provides a experimental basis for the basic studies and further exploitation and utilization of Bauhinia Championi(Benth.)Benth..
