摘 要:利用扫描电镜(SEM)和广角X射线衍射(WAXD)观察了国产薄片A、B(不同厂家)及进口薄片C的微观结构差异,结果表明:薄片A表面结构有序,断面结构紧密,呈层状排列;薄片B表面结构有序,断面结构松散;薄片C表面结构无序,断面结构均匀。三种薄片中均含有碳酸钙晶体,薄片C中含量最高。薄片物理性能受其结构影响,薄片A的抗张强度最大,填充值最小,薄片B抗张强度介于三者之间,填充值最大;薄片C抗张强度最小,填充值处于中间水平。The microstructure difference between the reconstituted tobacco sheets A, B and C (difference factories) were observed by SEM and WAXD. The results show that: for the reconstituted tobacco sheet A: the surface structure was ordered and the sectional structure was tightness and layered arranged; for the reconstituted tobacco sheet B: the surface structure was ordered but the sectional structure was loose; for the reconstituted tobacco sheet C: the surface structure was disordered and the sectional structure was uniform. CaCO3 crystals were all in these three reconstituted tobacco sheets, the content of it was the highest in sheet C. The structures of the reconstituted tobacco sheets affected their physical qualities. The tensile strength comparison of the reconstituted tobacco sheets: A 〉 B〉 C; but for the filling power: B 〉C 〉A.
