白内障超声乳化术的效果及并发症分析

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障超声乳化术的临床疗效及其并发症的处理。方法对229例256眼白内障超声乳化术的疗效及并发症进行分析。结果术后第1天裸眼或矫正视力≥0.5者占47.27%,术后1周、1个月视力≥0.5者分别占67.5%、80.86%;角膜散光术后第1天≤1.5D占63.28%,术后1个月≤1.5D占75.39%;主要并发症有后囊破裂、虹膜损伤、角膜水肿等。结论超声乳化术是一种治疗白内障较好的手术方法,视力恢复快,并发症少。Objective To investigate the therapeutic results and complications of Phaconemulsification for cataracts. Methods The therapeutic results and complication of 229 cases （256 eyes） of Phacoemulsification were reviewed. Results The postoperative visual acuities with spherical correction or without correction were 0.5 or better than 0.5 in 47.27% at the 1st day, and in 67.58% , 80.86% , at the 1st week, the first month respectively. The postoperative astigmatism was 1.5D or less than 1.5D in 63.28% at the 1st week,and in 75.39% at the 1st month. The main complications included posterior capsular rupture, iris injury, corneal endothelial edema, et al. Conclusion The results indicated that the phacoemulsification performed on eyes with cataract was one better way due to fast restoration of visual acuity and low rate of complications.
