摘 要:研究对2008年采自黑龙江省4个地点83个马铃薯晚疫病菌株进行了生理小种类型的鉴定。结果表明,小种3.4.7.11出现频率达33.73%,出现频率最高,分布最广,是2008年黑龙江省的优势小种。从小种的组成来看,复合型毒力基因生理小种占据了主导地位,小种3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10.11含有的毒力基因数目最多,单毒力基因的生理小种只有3号小种,同时也发现了不含毒力基因的0号小种。从小种的毒力基因组成来看,毒力基因vir3、vir4、vir7、vir11出现频率较高,均达50%以上,分布广泛,其次为毒力基因vir8和vir10,而vir5和vir9出现频率低,低于30%,没有发现vir1、vir2毒力基因。牡丹江和海伦的小种组成比较复杂,加格达奇和哈尔滨的小种较为简单。In this research, 83 isolates, collected from 4 places in Heilongjiang in 2008 were identified. The results showed that the frequency of occurences of race 3.4.7.11 was 33.73% and distributed widely among their physiological races. Complex races were dominant, with the race 3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10.11 being the most complex one. The race 3 was the only simple race containing one virulent gene, and the race 0 without virulent gene was also detected. The virulent genes vir3, vir4, vir7, and vir11 occurred high frequently (over 50%) and distributed widely, followed by vir8 and vir10, then by vir5 and vir9 being low frequency (under 30%). The virulent genes vir1 and vir2 were not found in this year. More complex races were found in Mudanjiang and Hailun compared with that in Jiagedaqi and Harbin.
