摘  要:p16基因及其表达变化与多种人类肿瘤的发生发展相关。本研究在观察42例星形细胞瘤p16蛋白表达的基础上,采用RNA-RNA原位杂交检测星形细胞瘤p16mRNA表达情况。结果显示:Ⅰ、Ⅱ级肿瘤p16mRNA表达水平显著高于Ⅲ~Ⅳ级病例,其与p16蛋白表达水平呈正相关。提示p16的失活或/和低表达极有可能发生在从低级向高级恶性转化的星形细胞瘤进展期中,p16的应用在肿瘤治疗学方面将具有重要意义。The changes in p16 gene and its expression are associated with genesis and progression of many hurnan tumors. In order to analyze the expression of p16 mRNA, RNA-RNA in situ hybridication (ISH) was applied in the study on the expression of p16 protein in the astrocytomas. The results revealed that: the level of p16 mRNA in grade Ⅰ、Ⅱ tumors was significantly higher than that in grade, Ⅱ~ Ⅳ cases; there was a positive correlation between the level of p16 mRNA and the expression of p16 protein. the results suggested that p16 may play an important part in malignant progression of astrocytoma and should be applied in therapy of the tumor.
