摘 要:文章指出当前江苏省高职高专院校师资队伍建设中存在以下问题:(1)师资队伍结构失调;(2)师资队伍素质不容乐观;(3)管理体制存在弊端;(4)职称评聘机制不完善。在此基础上,提出了完善江苏省高职高专院校师资队伍建设发展的对策:(1)优化师资队伍结构;(2)强化教师教学理论和技能的培训,提高教师队伍整体素质;(3)建立有效运行机制,加强师资管理;(4)完善教师职务评聘和评价机制。This paper starts with the analysis on the current situation of the teaching faculty development in vocational colleges of Jiangsu and concludes the following problems: 1 ) structural imbalance of the teaching faculty; 2) no cause for optimism about the quality of the teaching faculty 3) malpractice of management 4) deficiency of the evaluating and appointing mechanism of teaching positions. And subsequently, solutions for improving the teaching faculty development in such schools of jiangsu are presented in the paper which fall into four points: first, to optimize the teaching faculty structure; second, to intensify the trainings for the teachers' teaching theories and skills so as to raise their overall quality; third, to establish an effective operating mechanism to strengthen its management over the teaching faculty; fourth, to refine the evaluating and appointing mechanism of teaching positions.
