弘扬和培育大学生志愿精神的长效机制

摘　　要：大学生志愿精神的弘扬与培育,关系到大学生的健康成长,也关系我国志愿服务事业的发展和社会主义和谐社会的构建。但传统的志愿服务观念影响、激励机制的相对缺乏、政府支持的力度不够等因素影响了大学生志愿精神的弘扬与培育。建立完善的学习机制、实践机制、激励机制和保障机制是当前推进大学生志愿精神弘扬与培育工作中应重点抓好的几个问题。Encouraging and cultivating the college students＇ spirit of volunteer has something not only to the healthy growth of college students,but also to development of the cause of volunteer service and construction of a socialist harmonious society.However the inappropriate traditional idea of volunteer service,the relative lack of incentive mechanism,inadequate government-support and other factors have affected it enormously.Establishing perfect acquisition and practice mechanism,incentive mechanism and protection mechanism should be focused on.
