摘　　要：通过文献研究与临床实践提取对胃癌基本证素认识,并结合古今临证经验,应用证候要素概念分析胃癌中医发病特点,总结胃癌基本证候要素与疾病的动态演变规律,提出了"胃内寒、脾气虚为胃癌本虚证素;食、痰、瘀、毒、气滞、内湿、内火为胃癌标实证素;胃阴亏虚、气血俱虚、脾肾阳虚为胃癌病理结局证素"的学术观点。Through literature research and clinical practice the basic syndrome element of gastric carcinoma was understood. Combining the clinical experiences in the past and now and using the concept of syndrome element in TCM the pathogenesis characteristic of TCM in gastric cancer was analyzed and the basic syndrome element and the evolution rule of gastric cancer was summarize up. It was suggested that, the gastric endogenous cold-evil and deficiency of spleen-QI were the elements of deficiency in origin syndrome of gastric carcinoma. Food, phlegm, blood stagnation, poison, Qi stagnant, endogenous wetness-evil and endogenous fire were Biao-sthenia syndrome element of gastric carcinoma and deficiency of stomach Yin, deficiency of both Qi and blood, deficiency of spleen Yang and renal Yang were the syndrome elements of pathologic outcome in gastric carcinoma.
