模具专业高技能人才培养模式的探索

摘　　要：为了培养高职学院模具专业的学生能顺应市场需求,成为高技能的应用型人才,以模具行业调研为依据,分析了浙江省企业对此高技能人才的需求情况,阐述专业课程体系和教学方法的改革,形成了模具专业高技能人才培养模式,强化了学生的综合实践技能。To train students of mould major in higher vocational-technical college to be higher-skilled practical talents who can meet the demand of market, this paper analyses the vacancy of technicians in mold industry base on the investigation of mold industry. And then some ideas in major course system and the innovation of teaching method is proposed. Based on the above analysis, an efficient training and education system is finally presented, which could strengthens the comprehensive and practical ability of students.
