摘　　要：目的建识以三磷酸腺苷生物发光法肿瘤化疗药物敏感试验（ATP—TCA）法对乳腺癌常用化疗药物的体外作用评价方法。方法采用ATP—TCA法，对4组不同乳腺癌常用化疗药物选择相同规格、不同厂家共8种品规药品，同时检测对5株乳腺癌细胞株的杀伤效果，以比较同种乳腺癌细胞对同一品种、规格不同抗肿瘤药品的敏感性。结果4种药物对乳腺癌细胞株的敏感性顺序为紫杉醇（PTX）〉长存瑞滨（NVB）〉阿霉素（ADM）〉丝裂霉素（MMC）；同一种肿瘤细胞株对于不同厂家生产的同一种化疗药物的敏感性基本上具有一致性，但是也有个别具有差异性。结论ATP—TCA法可以作为评价不同厂家抗肿瘤药品体外作用的方法。Objective The establishment of ATP - TCA method was used to evaluate the vitro effect of the breast cancer chemotherapy drugs. Methods Using ATP - TCA method,to detected four group chemotherapy drugs commonly used in breast cancer,including the same specifications, different manufacturers a total of eight kinds of drugs, on five breast cancer cell lines of anti - effect at the stone time, for comparison with the types of breast cancer cells of the same species, the same specifications, different manufacturers products antineoplastic sensitivity. Results Four drugs with the sensitivity on breast cancer cell line were in order of PTX 〉 NVB 〉 ADM 〉 MMC. The same type of tumor cell lines for different manufacturers to produce the same kinds of chemotherapy drugs basically the same sensitivity, hut there were also individual with a difference. Conclusion ATP - TCA method can be used as a method to evaluate the vitro effect of different manufacturers＇ antineoplastic goods.
