食管癌患者手术前后血清细胞因子水平的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌患者手术前后血清细胞因子水平的变化。方法33例正常对照者和73例食道癌切除术患者术前及术后3个月检测血清NO、NOS、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平。结果手术治疗前与正常对照组比较,食管癌患者血清NO、NOS、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);手术治疗后3个月,上述指标与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。手术前未转移组的血清NO、NOS、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平与转移组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);手术治疗后3个月,转移组和未转移组患者的血清细胞因子除NO含量显著升高外,其余均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论食管癌患者手术前后血清细胞因子水平可发生显著的变化。Objective Approach the change of serum cytokines levels of esophageal cancer patients before and after operation. Methods 33 cases of normal control and 73 cases of patients＇ serum levels of NO, NOS, TNF- α, IL-6, IL-8 3 months before and after esophageal cancer surgery. Result： before surgery, esophageal cancer patients＇ serum levels of NO, NOS, TNF- α, IL-6, IL-8 had statistically significant or very significant difference compared with normal control group＇s （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）. 3 months after surgery, these indicators had no statistically significant difference compared with normal control group＇s （P〉0.05）. Compared With metastasis group, non-metastasis group of pre-operative had statistically significant or very significant difference in serum levels of NO, NOS, TNF- α, IL-6, IL-8 （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. 3 months after surgery, patients＇ serum cytokines except NO were significant reduced in metastasis group and non-metastasis group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Serum cytokines levels of esophageal cancer patients have significant change before and after surgery.
