48例颧骨颧弓骨折的治疗体会

摘　　要：目的总结颧骨颧弓骨折的治疗方法。方法对48例患者按Knight和North分类法选择不同的治疗方法。结果11例Ⅰ类骨折患者采用非手术保守治疗外,余37例患者选择适宜的手术方式,都获得理想的疗效。结论颧骨颧弓骨折治疗以"功能与外形"双项标准为原则,应根据骨折类型、临床特点、患者要求选择合适的治疗方法。Objective To Summarize the clinical experiences on the treatment of malar bone fracture. Method According to the classification of Knight and North, 48cases were treated distinctly. Result 1 lcasesin type Ⅰ fracture were treated conservatively, 37cases were treated surgically and achieved satisfactory results.Conclusion According to the fracture type, clinical feature and patient＇s request, the appropriate treatment of maiar bone fracture must be based on the standard of ＂function and exterior＂.
