摘 要:提出了一种扇形齿-凹槽结构的双转子模态转换型超声波电动机,它依靠扇形齿-凹槽结构将压电陶瓷振子的纵振动转换为齿的弯曲振动来驱动转子旋转。对电机有限元模型进行了仿真分析,包括调节驱动频率、计算齿振幅转换比、分析装配误差影响、计算定子表面质点轨迹。并通过建立定转子接触的简化模型,对电机在谐振状态下的输出力矩进行计算。最后制作了尺寸为Φ8 mm×10 mm样机,经实验表明,电机连续运转性能良好,在驱动电压为135 V时,转速可达475 r/min。This paper presented a new type of double rotors modal transformation ultrasonic motor with fan-shaped- teeth and slot structure on its stator. This structure was able to change longitudinal vibration of piezoceramic into bending vi- bration of teeth and drive the rotor to rotate. Simulation analyses of finite element model were undertaken, including adjus- ting the driving frequency, calculating teeth amplitude transformation ratio, analyzing the effect of an inaccuracy in assemb- ling, calculating the motion trace of a particle on the end face of the stator. A simplified contact model of stator and rotor was proposed, through which output torque of the motor in a harmonic status was calculated. At last, a prototype motor with size of qb8 mmx 10 mm was made. Experimental results show that the motor has a sound continuous running performance and when the driving voltage is 135 V, rotate speed can reach 475 r/min.
