摘　　要：分析了目前高校植物学实验教学中存在的问题,提出从实验教学模式、教学内容、教学方法、教学管理等方面进行改革,探讨了创新人才培养的方法与途径。The existing problems in teaching of botany experiment were analyzed. Methods on experiment teaching reform from the experiment teaching mode, the teaching contents and methods, the ways of experiment management were suggested. And the way of cultivation of innovative talents are discussed.
