摘　　要：分析了高等学校实验室管理体制与实验教学资源的现状和目前实验室建设与管理中存在的主要问题,阐述了改革实验室管理体制、整合实验教学资源的必要性和重要性。结合山东农业大学改革体制、整合资源的成功经验,论述了提高实验室建设管理水平,充分发挥教学资源效益,对培养学生综合实践能力和创新、创业能力的重要意义。By analyzing the laboratory management system and the experimental teaching resources of colleges and universities, this paper identifies the main problems in current laboratory construction and management and elaborates the necessity and importance of reforming laboratory management system and integrating experimental teaching resources. Combining with the successful experience of Shandong Agricultural University in reforming its system and integrating resources, it points out that improving laboratory construction management and giving full play to the effectiveness of teaching resources are of great significance as to train the students practical ability, innovation and entrepreneur capacity.
