摘　　要：《母婴保健法》颁布实施以来，截止１９９６年底河北省８０％以上的县（区）开展了婚前医学检查工作。今年初省妇幼保健中心对石家庄等６个市１４个县（区）的婚前医学检查工作进行了调查。认为目前这项工作中存在的主要问题是法律意识和服务意识不强，本文对此进行了讨论并提出建议。Since promulgating and carrying out 《Mother and Infant Health Law of the People's Republic of China》, the work about preconnubial examination of medical has been developed in more than 80% counties of the Hebei province until end of 1996. The work about preconnubial examination of medical was investigated by MCH centre of Hebei province in 6 cities and 14 counties in the begining of the year. The results showed that the main question about the work was that the law consciousness and service consciousness were not strong enough. Some discussion and suggestions about that were given out in this paper.
