摘　　要：探讨了调衡方对小鼠Lewis肺癌自发性肺转移的作用及其机制.将传代培养的Lewis肺癌细胞接种于C57BL小鼠右腋皮下建立Lewis肺癌模型,灌胃给药12d后观察肺表面转移率;常规石蜡切片HE染色,观察肺内转移灶的数量和大小;并采用免疫组化等方法检测肺组织中CD4^+、CD8^+T细胞量及血清中恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(tumor specific growth factor,TSGF)的水平.结果显示调衡方在25、50g/kg剂量下,可增加荷瘤小鼠肺组织中CD4^+、CD8^+ T细胞量,对外周血中TSGF的水平及瘤块的增长有显著地抑制作用.研究结果显示调衡方通过抑制小鼠外周血TSGF的水平及增加CD4^+、CD8^+ T细胞量,从而抑制肿瘤细胞的侵袭转移.To study the effect of Tiao Heng Formula on the spontaneous metastasis of mouse Lewis lung carcinoma and to discuss the mechanism. The mouse model of Lewis lung carcinoma was established and then the mice were given Tiaoheng Formula by intragastric administration. After 12 days the number of metastatic nodes on lung surface was counted, the number and size of metastatic focus in lung Paraffin section stained by HE were observed. Immunohistochemistry and ELISA were used to detect the amount of T lymphocyte CD4^＋ and CD8^＋ in lung tissue and the level of TSGF in the peripheral blood. The results showed that Tiao Heng Formula decreased the number of metastatic focus, and the size of tumor was significantly smaller in Tiao Heng Formula group than that of the control group. Furthermore Tiao Heng Formula increased ratio of T lymphocyte CD4^＋ and CD8^＋ , and decreased the level of TSGF in the peripheral blood. Research suggested Tiaoheng Formula might inhibit the spontaneous mctastasis of Lewis lung carcinoma in mice. The mechanism might be related to the fact that Tiao Heng Formula could prevent the exuviations of tumor cells from primary carcinoma, inhibit the activity level of TSGF in the peripheral blood, and enhance immunological function by regulating the amount of T lymphocyte CD4^＋ and CD8^＋ in lung tissue, prohibit the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells.
