摘　　要：根据PLS通径模型的基本原理,探讨了测量模型的选择、bootstrap方法在模型参数估计与显著性检验中的应用、测量模型和结构模型的结果评价标准等PLS通径模型在应用过程中须注意的问题。以期帮助使用者提高PLS通径模型的应用水平、提升实证研究的质量。Based on the principles of partial least squares （PLS） path model, this paper discusses some issues that researchers should be adverted in their studies. These issues are how to select the measurement model, the application of bootstrap method to model parameter estimation and significance tests, the outcome assessment criteria of measurement model and structural model. It aims to help researchers elevate the application level of PLS path modeling and improve the quality of empirical researches.
