摘  要:本文在青海湟中县调研的基础上,结合农村义务教育"以县为主"管理体制的弊端和现有农村教育信息化管理体制不健全等现状,认为建立"县乡互补"的农村教育信息化管理体系是当务之急,据此提出了建立"县乡互补"的农村教育信息化管理体系的思考,并构建了"县乡互补"的农村教育信息化管理体系。Use of IT in education in the rural areas is the key and difficult part of the informationization of education in China. Based on investigation of the use of IT in education in Huangzhong County, Qinhai Province, the authors put forward the CountyTownship Complementary Educational Information Management System. The system takes the sustainable development of the use of IT in education as the target, which makes up for the limitations of the old management system where the liability lies solely on the county government for compulsory education, whereas now it is a responsibility both for the county and township governments. Responsibilities and obligations are shared between the two, which helps promote informationization in rural areas to the best effect.
